WebSite Auditor lets you run an in-depth audit of any particular page to know where it stands and how to improve its technical and on-page optimization following best practices and making use of the competitors' insights.
To analyze the on-page factors and keyword usage, go to Page Audit > Content Audit. If you haven’t analyzed any pages yet, you'll see the start screen.
Switch between the analyzed pages through a drop-down menu and add any new ones.
Content Audit covers all-things-keyword-usage:
Each factor has a status (correct, info, warning or error), with the overall optimization rate and stats at the top. Upon clicking on the status icons, you can sort the factors by the results they return for your page.
To harvest the competitors' pages, WebSite Auditor will analyze the top 100 results for each of your target keywords and will filter out 20 most relevant competitors (based on keyword intersection level).
You can select up to 10 competitors from the list to be used for analysis. The search engine and the list of mapped keywords can also be adjusted anytime in the audit settings:
If you change any of the audit settings, the page and the competitors will be automatically analyzed anew.
If you'd like to update analysis data for the page using the same settings, simply use the icon and choose the appropriate option:
To check the technical factors for the page, simply switch to the Technical Audit module.
