To start looking for link prospects, you need to create a project in LinkAssistant. This is a one-step process, and all you need to do is follow the wizard that pops up automatically once you open the program. To activate it yourself, simply click New:
Enter the URL of the site you'd like to promote, choose your target country and language - the search engine used by the app will be automatically customized based on the setup.
You can also add the negative keywords to the Topic blocklist if needed - the app will check each potential prospect's backlink profile to exclude the ones that have your negative keywords in referring anchor texts.
Hit Create, and the app will take a few moments to gather the initial prospect suggestions for your website.
By default, that would be the list of top 100 backlinks or your domain's competitors with the highest InLink Rank.
You can always start a new search by clicking the Start a New Search button in the Search for Prospects module.
Choose what type of link prospects you'd like LinkAssistant to look for. Pick any of the 6 predefined methods or set up a search of your own in the Expert Mode.
Six pre-defined methods and one Expert Mode allow you to run a targeted search depending on the type of link prospects you're looking for.
You can Get Keyword Suggestions if you don't have any seed keywords in mind - the app will automatically find your top 20 ranking keywords that bring the most traffic.
Using this search method, you'll get the top 100 prospects (by Organic Traffic) that are found with the specific search operators based on your seed keywords and are likely to offer guest posting.
To start the search, you'll need to enter the seed keywords, adjust the search engine if needed and, optionally, assign Tag(s) to the prospects-to-be-found for further management.

Advanced Niche Search helps you harvest the websites ranking best in the niche - ranking for your seed keywords or competing with your website for your ranking keywords.
You'll need to choose the search method, enter your target URL or topic keywords, and adjust the search settings.
In step 2 of the search, you can pre-filter the results by setting the minimal InLink Rank, Domain InLink Rank, and Traffic for the found prospects, choose the number of results (up to 1K), and choose which factor they should be picked by.
